Student Scientific Association of Applied Science Center for
Design and production of furniture and decoration in keeping with its mission
to enhance students' knowledge in scientific principles and engineering disciplines in the field of furniture design; organized a workshop with emphasis
on principles of ergonomic furniture.
The workshop was held at the headquarters of the center at
Fatemi Street at 12:00 noon on March 2nd,

The aim of this workshop is to introduce and familiarize
students with the formulation of furniture design engineering principles held
in accordance with the principles of ergonomic
The first part of the workshop outlines the role of
ergonomics in the design industry and the opportunities and challenges facing
the industry. Then, strategies and techniques of design formulation was described
and discussed. Then a question and answer session was held.
At the end of the workshop, many participants requested to hold more such workshops
and expressed their readiness to participate in more specialized Workshops
